  • Go to the order you want to track
  • Select Track Package next to the selected order
  • Select See all Updates to view delivery updates. The status of the order will have the details of the courier partner.

1. How OTP Verification Works:

  2. OTP Generation: When the delivery is out for shipment, our delivery partner will generate a unique OTP for your order.
  3. OTP Delivery: The OTP will be sent to the mobile number associated with your account.
  4. Delivery Verification: Upon delivery, the delivery executive will ask for the OTP to verify your identity before handing over the package.
  5. Successful Delivery: Once the OTP is confirmed, your package will be delivered securely.

2. Why Use OTP Verification?

  • Proof of Delivery: Ensures that the correct recipient receives the package.
  • Fraud Prevention: Reduces the risk of package theft or tampering.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Raar Shopping is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Delays and Lost Packages

Lost packages

1. Verify the shipping address

  • Select the relevant order in Your Orders to check the address. For more information on how to manage a wrong shipping address, go to Add and Manage Addresses.

2. Look for updates-

  • Select Track Package and check updates for delivery confirmation.
  • Select the Message Center to see if the package was accepted by someone else.
  • Look around the delivery location
  • Ask your household and neighbors

3. Wait up to 24 hours-

Sometimes, the delivery agents accidentally scan the package as ‘delivered’, while it’s still in transit.

    4.What to do next?

    • If your order was sold and shipped by a third-party seller , you may contact the Courier Partner to talk to the delivery agent or for more information about the location of your package.
    • Go to Your Orders and select the relevant order and click Track package to find out details of your courier partner.
    • Keep your tracking number or delivery confirmation number ready. To find the tracking ID, select on the relevant order in Your Orders and scroll down to locate the Tracking ID
