1. Order Cancellation
We strive to process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, orders are typically processed within a short time frame. However, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided that the item hasn’t already been shipped.
How to Cancel an Order:
- Log into your account and navigate to the Orders section.
- Find the order you wish to cancel.
- Click on the Cancel Order button and follow the on-screen instructions.
- If the option to cancel is no longer available, it means your order has already been processed for shipment, and cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you can return the item after delivery, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
The following types of orders may not be eligible for cancellation:
- Personalized or Custom-made Products
- Items already shipped or out for delivery
- Pre-order items that are being shipped as scheduled
3. Cancellation of Subscription Services or Recurring Orders
If you’ve signed up for a subscription service or have a recurring order, you may cancel future shipments or subscriptions anytime before the next scheduled shipment. To cancel:
- Visit the Subscriptions section of your account.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Follow the instructions to cancel future orders.
4. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your order is successfully canceled before shipping, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
